By purchasing or using our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

All products are handmade in small batches. We make every effort to accurately describe our items; however:

  • Color, texture, scent, and appearance may vary slightly from product to product.

  • Some products, especially those containing oils or butter, may soften or melt in high heat during shipping or transit.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handmade in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer preference or change of mind.

We will accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • The product is damaged during shipping

If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Description of the issue

We reserve the right to inspect the product and may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Leather Goods Warranty

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our leather goods. If a defect in materials or workmanship occurs, we will repair the item at no labor cost.

  • Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from our workshop.

  • Coverage: This warranty covers repairs only due to manufacturing defects, not normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or cosmetic changes.

  • Process: To request a repair under this warranty, please contact us at [your email] with photos of the item and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for shipping and repair.

Note: This warranty only applies to leather goods. All other handmade products are sold “as-is” with no warranty.

No Warranty (Non-Leather Goods Products)

All products except leather goods are provided “as-is” without any express or implied warranty, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Shipping & Delays

We make every effort to ship orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates only, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charlie’s Handmade Goods and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or misuse of our products

  • Reliance on information provided

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities

  • Natural variations in handmade products

  • Products softening, melting, or changing during transit

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
